Position Summary:
The HR Manager will oversee and drive all human resources operations, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, policy development, compliance, and organizational culture. This role requires a proactive leader who can scale HR processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
•Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and employee engagement.
•Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
•Establish and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance in line with local labour laws and international standards.
•Manage the recruitment and selection process for top talent across business units.
•Foster a positive work environment through employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, and workplace culture development.
•Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
•Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and leave management with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
•Track and report on key HR metrics including headcount, turnover, retention, and engagement.
•Coordinate training and development programs that support career progression and leadership growth.
•Collaborate with department heads and executives on strategic workforce planning.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (master’s degree or HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of proven HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of labour laws, HR policies, and best practices (local and international).
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with HR software and tools (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems).
• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and diverse organizational environment.
